RETURNS
Returns for exchanges and store credit only, no refunds. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. Shoes must have their original shoe box placed inside of a separate cardboard box to mail back to us.
When you opt-in for our “Free Unlimited Returns” service from re:do during checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for free.
If you did not purchase out “Free Unlimited Returns” service from Redo, then the return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defective.
No returns, exchanges or cancelling orders allowed for Nike SB product.
SHIPPING
Nike SB products are not available for international ordering.
Sales tax will be charged on all orders within the State of California.
Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS. International orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL.
DLX is not responsible for additional tariff or import fees that may be imposed on the recipient for any international orders.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. We do our best to ship out orders as quick as possible, often in real time as soon as your order has been placed. If you need immediate help with your order please call us at the shop (415-626-5588) during normal business hours (11:00am to 7:00pm everyday).
If you purchase "Shipping Protection" (available during checkout), your package will be insured from any damage caused by the shipping carriers. In addition, if you never receive your package because it never arrived at its final destination, you will be eligible to receive a new replacement item at no cost to you. Please note we are not responsible for any "lost" packages if you are not available to receive your item when it is delivered to you. If you will not be present to receive your package please reach out to us to go over alternative delivery options.
If you do not purchase "Shipping Protection" any issues with the delivery of the package will be the responsibility of the customer to coordinate with the shipping provider.
