Returns for exchanges and store credit only, no refunds. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. Shoes must have their original shoe box placed inside of a separate cardboard box to mail back to us. 

When you opt-in for our “Free Unlimited Returns” service from re:do during checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for free.

If you did not purchase out “Free Unlimited Returns” service from re:do, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defective.

SHIPPING 

Nike SB products are not available for international ordering.

Sales tax will be charged on all orders within the State of California.

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS. International orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL.

DLX is not responsible for additional tariff or import fees that may be imposed on the recipient for any international orders.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

If you purchase “Shipping Protection” (available during checkout in the cart), your package will be insured from any damage caused by the shipping carriers. In addition, if you never receive your package, you will be eligible to receive a new replacement item at no cost to you. If you do not purchase “Shipping Protection” any issues with the delivery of the package will be the responsibility of the customer to coordinate with the shipping provider.
